You can return a product for a full refund for up to 28 days after your purchase. To be suitable for a refund, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If 28 days has passed from the date of your purchase, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

If returning an item please include the original packing slip or a note with your original order number. Without this we will not be able to refund you!
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are sending return items over £25, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive your returned item/items we will inspect the product on arrival. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/items and inform you of the stage of our return process.
